BREAKFAST WITH ENORA
Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day.
I start each day with a warm cup of water and lemon juice. Always followed by coffee - either long coffee or a soy milk cappuccino.
My go-to breakfast during the week is oats. Overnights oats in summer and porridge in winter, with either almond milk or coconut milk topped with seeds and fruits.
During the weekend I like to make avocado toast with an egg on top.
If I am short with time or not hungry - I’ll have a quick smoothie.
